RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
Right of withdrawal
If you have made a purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without having to justify your decision.
If an order contains several products delivered separately, the 14-day period begins upon receipt of the last product.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, go to My Account - My Orders.
Next to the eligible orders, you will find the RETURN / WITHDRAWAL option.
You can select the products and, if applicable, the quantities you wish to return. After selecting them, continue the process until the withdrawal is confirmed.

After submitting the request, you will automatically receive an email confirmation.
Alternatively, you can send a clear, unambiguous statement to office@getnails.ro.
Returning products
After submitting the withdrawal request, the products must be returned without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days.

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the consumer and are not reimbursed by Get Nails.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. Personal drop-off of returns is not accepted.
Condition of returned products
In the case of purchases for personal use, the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling or using them in excess of what is necessary to verify the product, in accordance with the law.
In such situations, the refunded amount may be reduced proportionally to the diminished value of the product.
Sealed products
Products sold with a protective seal may be returned under the right of withdrawal only if the seal is intact. In case of unsealing, the right of withdrawal does not apply for health protection or hygiene reasons, in accordance with the law.
Refunds
The refund will be made within no more than 14 calendar days from the date we were informed of the withdrawal decision.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until proof is provided that they have been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you have agreed to a different refund method.
For orders paid on delivery, the refund can be made via bank transfer to an account provided by you, with your express consent for this refund method.
In the event of a full withdrawal from the contract, the standard delivery cost is also refunded. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard one are not refunded.
Professional purchases
The legal right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Orders placed for professional activities do not benefit from the 14-day legal right of withdrawal.
This applies regardless of whether the purchase is made by a natural person or a legal entity when the products are purchased for professional activity. The definition of a consumer is related to the purpose for which the natural person is acting.
Any commercial returns for orders placed for professional purposes can only be accepted with the prior agreement of Get Nails.
Damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming product?
If you have received a damaged product, a product different from the one ordered, or a non-conforming product, contact us before returning it.
These situations are handled separately, in accordance with applicable legal rights.
